Personal Training in NYC
A personal trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.
These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client’s improvements in physical fitness. They work one-on-one with the client to ultimately achieve personal goals, and to take them to unimagined levels of fitness and function.
Training with An Injury?
At all of our practices, PTs regularly consult with our Physical Therapists on how to work around an injury if an injury or disability is present. Personal trainers can help manage patient’s injuries by following a therapeutic exercise program prepared by your Physical Therapist. Thus, further improving your functional level after Physical Therapy.
55 Minute Rates
- Single Session – $100
- 5 Sessions – $475 ($95/Session)
- 10 Sessions – $900 ($90/Session)
- 20 Sessions – $1700 ($85/Session)
- 30 Sessions – $2400 ($80/Session)
Semi-Private Class (Yoga, Kickboxing, Conditioning)
Class descriptions and schedule to come. All classes have a maximum of 6 to 8 students. This allows the instructor to provide greater attention and support to the participants. The first class is free.
